•     25-45 years old
•     at least Bachelor's / College degree
•     with minimum 5 years experience
•     able to apply LEAN thinking to the product design
•     experienced in design transport equipment and Cad data management
•     must have engineering experienced knows how to design 3d solid edge working models
•     must have fluent in English
