What is Balik Manggagawa (OEC)?
Balik Manggawa or OEC Overseas Employment Certificate is a mandatory requirements for Overseas Filipino Workers OFW who will take on vacation to Philippines, rehired, or those returning to the same employer, and also those with existing record in the POEA computer database. OEC or Balik Manggagawa will serve as your permit when you want to go back in your country of work. However many of our OFW co-workers dont know where they can get and how to process it.
